Customization Tools

  • Configure your own document number formats for invoices, deposits, journal entries, checks, and so forth.
  • Change the appearance of forms and reports
    • With the Report Customizer, you can rearrange columns, move blocks of text, change fonts, hide text, and insert a company logo onto your reports. This is mostly done for invoices and checks, but you can also customize internal reports (excluding Financial Reports which have their own customizer.)
    • Customize your standard report headers and footers of any of the information maintained by the system, including company name, date, period, User Id or name, and so forth.
    • Select from a number of formats for the forms you print in your business such as checks and invoices.
  • Configure the existing set of Financial Reports to customize them to your needs.
  • Customize data entry screens
    • Reorder fields in data entry screens
    • Re-label fields
    • Hide unused fields
    • Leave "sticky note" instructions and tips for other users
