Pervasive License Key is disabled

Postby Customer Service » January 4th, 2013, 11:00 pm

Your Pervasive PSQL license key can become disabled if you make significant changes to your computer, such as major operating system maintenance or upgrades, or hard drive changes. Pervasive license enforcement code considers these types of changes to be a threat of software piracy, and the Pervasive license key will become disabled. Before making major hardware or operating system changes to your computer, you must deactivate the Pervasive license. You will simply re-activate it when all of the computer maintenance is complete.

If your license has become disabled or something is preventing you from activating the license on a new computer, you should contact Pervasive and provide proof of ownership and an explanation of your situation and they will reauthorize the license.
