Historical balance is zero when it should have an amount

I have entered all my historical balances and the total at the bottom of the historical screen equals zero. Why does the first account on the screen equal zero when I know I entered an amount?

There is a quirk with Historical balances in displaying the first amount field. However, this is just a problem in the display. You can see in the G/L Activity report that the amount is really there. If you make some kind of change in Historical Balances and then click on the Restore button, you will reset the entire original values and the amount and that first account should be there.
