Cannot print a report

Symptoms: This is a general diagnostic procedure for printer problems. The following information must be obtained for a diagnosis.
Can you print from another program such as word or notepad? If yes, then the problem would seem to lie within C21. If no, the problem lies with the general printer setup. At any rate, the following options remain useful for diagnosis.
1. Do you have another printer you can try printing the report to? If yes, please try that. Otherwise go to 3.
2. Is the printer on a different machine (network printer)? If yes, the problem may lie with that connection. If possible, do a local setup. Otherwise, go to 4.
3. Close C21, start it again and try reprinting.
