You may encounter an Access Violation when selecting HPR data in a Windows 7/64-bit environment after adding a workstation to an existing multi-user environment. An entry at registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Softrak Systems", with a value "InstallBaseDirectory" does not create the registry entry on a 64-bit Windows computer installation. To edit the Registry:
* Click the Windows Start button, click Run, type regedit and click OK.
* In the Registry editor browse to the location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Softrak Systems", in the left pane.
