Unable to open key: Access is denied
Posted: January 14th, 2012, 4:28 amThis message is benign and indicates that the Windows (not C21) user ID logged into the computer does not have access to the Windows Registry keys. Not having access to the Windows Registry would indicate that this Windows user is not an administrator level user account. It is not a requirement that you log in to Windows as an administrator in order to run C21, but there are certain rights that need to be given to the Windows user who will be running C21.
