Start and end dates are missing in Calculate Payroll

“Start” and “End Dates” are missing in Calculate Payroll.

If you are unable to enter the dates because the data entry fields are not present, go to Company/Verify, check the “Rebuild selection files” test and process. If this does not resolve the problem, send a “Problem Report” with errors attached and a backup of the company.
