Payroll Quarter closed accidentally and must be reopened.

We will need to send you a patch for this. Please contact us and indicate which quarter and year needs to be reopened.

To use this special Company/Verify module (patch) do the following:

1. Have all workstations except one exit out of this company in C21.
2. Make a backup of the current company, just as a precaution.
3. Save the attached file into the company data folder. If there is any question of that location, then run the C21 Help/About command while the company is selected and note what is displayed for Company folder. That is the location to use.
4. Go to the System/Company/Verify command. Select the company, if necessary (at top of window).
5. Check the box to run Run Custom Repair.
6. Check the box for Repair damage if possible.
7. Click on the Process button.
