Totals on Taxes Activity Report are wrong

Totals on Taxes Activity Report are incorrect when printed by Name.

This is a general problem with Crystal Reports, most likely to be seen in Payroll Reports because that is where most Crystal Reports are.

We believe that this is caused by an anomaly in Crystal reports where, if you use the Preview button and page down a page or two, then print to printer from that screen, THEN the report IN SOME CASES totals incorrectly.

The short term solution is to print from the Print button, not the Preview button. The long term solution is to rewrite the report and get rid of Crystal Reports.
To verify error:

Has Previewing and then Printing from the Preview window been done?
Send both reports straight to Printer; does the discrepancy show? (Totals should be correct)
Preview the reports, then page down all the way to the total pages, can you see this discrepancy? (Totals should be correct)
