New install of PVSW works at server, but not workstation

This could be for a number of reasons. Here are the first things to check.

1. Make sure that all 21st Century Payroll for Adagio users are included in a network admin group that has been granted full control rights to access the C21 directory.
2. Make sure that the C21 folder is Shared on the network, granting all users full control.
3. Make sure that the C21 Shortcut on the workstation desktop points to the main installation of the program. To do this, do the following:
1. Right-click on the shortcut Icon and choose Properties.
2. In the resulting window, check the "Target" and the "Start in" boxes and make sure that you are not using a mapped drive letter reference. You should refer to the C21 server by its full UNC path ( as in: \\<ComputerName>\C21 ).
