Maximum User count reached but no one is logged into C21

This is an indication that the Pervasive License Key has not been activated.

1. To activate, go to the C21 main server and open the Pervasive License Manager (Start>>All Programs>>Pervasive>>PSQL X.X>>Utilities>>License Administrator).
2. In the lower part of the window, click to turn off the option to hide expired. You should see at least one item in the list above.
3. Notice if the license is Temporary and what the expiration date is.
4. If the Temporary license has expired and there is no Permanent license listed, you should enter your Pervasive License Key number. The license key number would have been sent to you in an email or by mail. If you cannot find the email, you can contact us for your key number.
