Invalid company data found in Directory

This message indicates that the Pervasive database engine on the workstation cannot connect to the server. Restart all computers in the network - most importantly, the main C21 server. Alternatively, if you are familiar with managing Windows services you can stop and restart Pervasive services at the server and then restart all the workstations.

If restarting your computer does not work, you will need to find more details regarding the error message. Click the “Details” button when the error message is displayed or go to Help/Error Log to find additional information. You may need to submit a problem report to us for additional help.
