21st Century Accounting Help - System

Log in to 21st Century Accounting with your user ID and password. If security is in effect, security priveleges are based on the User ID and password you use to log in.

First-time or single-user login

You can sign in as a guest without a password when you log in to 21st Century Accounting. You do not have to set up any user IDs and passwords if your company has no need to control access to the 21st Century Accounting System.

Creating user IDs and passwords

You can create any number of unique login IDs and passwords. To set up user IDs and passwords, use the System/User IDs window.

Multiple Users

Certain data entry options and user preferences are associated with user IDs and passwords. Even if you don't need the secruity, you may want to configure different users so they can have different options and user preferences.
