Audit Report

The Audit Report prints changes made to the employee configuration in the Configure/Employees window. The report includes only changes that will affect an employee's Payroll results. Information on the report is printed by application, then by employee, with the changes in date order. The report shows the ID of the user who was logged in when the change was made, the old data, the new data, and a brief description of the type of change or the name of the changed factor. The report shows deletions as well as additions and changes.

Selection Options

You can print All or selected data depending on your entries at the following fields:

  • All or a selected User ID
  • All or a range of dates
