Noncash Benefits Summary

The Noncash Benefits Summary prints noncash benefit details for the selected pay period, the month of the selected pay period, the quarter of the selected pay period, and the year of the selected period/quarter. For all or selected noncash benefit factors, the detail report shows the amount posted for each employee for the pay period, month, quarter, and year. The company summary shows totals for the selected pay period, month, quarter, and year for each pay factor.

Selection Options

You can print All or selected data depending on your entries at the following fields:

  • All or selected Noncash Benefits
  • Pay period ID

Sort Options

You can sort the data in one of the following ways:

  • Noncash benefit name showing pay period amounts by Employee ID
  • Noncash benefit name showing YTD amounts by Employee ID
