Recurring Charges

In Receivables/Configure/Recurring Charges you set up regular periodic charges—such as monthly lease of space or equipment or monthly charges for services—that you charge and bill to certain customers. In the Recurring Charges window, you set up and modify the charges as needed and then you assign them to customers in the Receivables/Configure/Customers window. 

When you create a recurring charge, you indicate whether it is taxable and you associate the charge with the sales income accounts to which you want the charge to post.
