General Ledger Activity Report

The General Ledger Activity report shows account activity for all or a range of G/L accounts, with starting and ending balances and (if you entered them) a comment for each transaction.

Selection Options

You can select by the following fields:

A range of Periods
All or selected G/L accounts
All or selected Source code

Summarization by source code

You can choose to print activity summarized by the selected source code for the selected accounts and periods.

Include accounts with no activity

Turn on this option to report all accounts and their beginning and ending balances for the selected period range. The default report includes only accounts that were active (posted to) during the selected period range (and meet the other selection criteria).
