Using different forms for different companies

Use Different Forms for Different Companies

If you run several different companies from a single 21st Century Accounting software system, you can create and print a different customized form for each company. 

Example:  Invoices Customized for Arnold, Network, and Waltz

For example, say you have three companies called Arnold Plumbing, Network Consultants, and Waltz Across Texas. 
Select Arnold Plumbing in System/Company/Select. Then customize an invoice for Arnold Plumbing, select that invoice in the System/Company/Preferences/Forms window, click "Use company preferences," and click OK. When you print invoices in Arnold Plumbing, they will be the invoice you customized for Arnold Plumbing.

Now select Network Consultants in System/Company/Select. Then customize an invoice for Network Consultants, select that invoice in the System/Company/Preferences/Forms window, click "Use company preferences," and click OK. When you print invoices in Network Consultants, they will be the invoice you customized for Network Consultants.

Now select Waltz Across Texas in System/Company/Select. Then customize an invoice for Waltz Across Texas, select that invoice in the System/Company/Preferences/Forms window, click "Use company preferences," and click OK.  When you print invoices in Waltz Across Texas, they will be the invoice you customized for Waltz Across Texas.
