Printing the Customized Report or Form

Customized reports are available for all companies, not just the one you were using during customization.
Customized forms are also available for all companies, not just the one you were using during customization.   However, the one that is actually in use can be different from company to company. The form you select in the System/Company/Preferences/Forms window is used by the selected company.

To print the customized report:

If you saved your customized report using the option to "Customize this report," simply print the report using the original report name from the menu. 
If you saved your customized report using the option to "Create new custom report menu item," print the report using the name you created, which is now displayed on the lower part of the Print menu. 

To print the customized form:

Select a company. On the System/Company/Preferences/Forms window, select the specific customized form you want that company to use from the menu next to Checks or Invoices (or whatever form you customized).
After you select and OK the customized form in this window, the system uses the selected form when you print those forms from the application.
