Timecard Form

The Timecard Form is a worksheet you can print and then use to enter information from a Timecard (or any source) to be entered later into Calculate or After the Fact Payroll.  The form is a list of Payroll employees by pay frequency and a grid for which you enter the column headings that will be printed on the form.

Selection Options

You can select by the following fields:

  • All or a selected Pay frequency
  • All or a selected Status (new/active, inactive, terminated)

Column Headings

  • Columns 1 – 5 titles

Sort Options

You can print the list of employees in order by:

  • Name
  • ID
