What if my W-2 does not line up correctly on my store bought printed forms?

 

21st Century Accounting works with most printed W2 and W3 Forms. Use the pull-down menu under "Form" in the W-2 and W-3 windows to select which form you would like to use. The Office Depot selection can be used with Office Max and Staples forms as well.

If you need to adjust the form, go to System and select "Customize Reports and Forms" or "Customize Tax Forms," whichever displays on your menu. Go to Payroll/Print/W-2s or W-3s and click the "Print Sample" button after you have selected the form to print. Drag the colored lines to adjust the placement of the text on the form. Click the Print icon at the top of the window to check that the alignment is correct.
