To receive your Activation Key, email us at inquiry@c21accountingsoftware.com with the follwing information :

• Serial Number
• Installation Number listed in the Help/About box when you log into C21
• Company name and address

 

Do not close C21 until you receive your Activation Key. If you close C21, you will have a new Installation Number and will need to email us again.
